Agent Lift, Inc. (“Agent Lift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) built this site to tell real estate professionals, team leaders, and prospective investors about our income and ADU certification platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use agentlift.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If something here is unclear, email us at info@agentlift.co and we will answer plainly.
On this page
Our forms are hosted by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). When you fill one out, you may provide:
You choose what to share. If you leave a field blank, we simply will not have it.
We run a small attribution script on our pages. When you arrive, it reads marketing parameters from the web address you clicked and remembers them for the rest of your visit so that a submitted form arrives with its source attached. Specifically it records:
This information is stored in your browser's session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. Our web host and our form provider also record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and referring page.
If you click through to our Wefunder page, we may receive limited information from Wefunder about that click and, where you have made an investment commitment, about your participation. Wefunder handles that relationship under its own privacy policy, not ours.
We use what we collect to:
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you SMS or MMS messages about certification availability, launch updates, your inquiry, and related offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@agentlift.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Our messaging provider processes these messages on our behalf and may not use your number for its own marketing.
If you give us your number, you also agree that we or our representatives may call you about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.
When you submit a form, we may add you to an email list to send launch updates, educational material about ADU and income certification, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send you messages needed to respond to a direct request.
We use session storage rather than advertising cookies for our own attribution tracking, and it clears when you close your browser tab. Our form provider and our web host may set cookies necessary to operate their services and to keep forms working correctly. If we later add advertising or analytics cookies, we will update this policy first.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies and clear site storage. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because there is still no common standard for how to interpret them. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals where the law requires it, as described in the California section below.
We share personal information only in these situations:
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
We keep the information you submit for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete it sooner. Attribution data held in your browser's session storage disappears when you close the tab.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers who maintain their own security programs. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as government identification or financial account numbers through our web forms.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
In the twelve months before the date above, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address, and phone number; commercial information such as your stated interest in our products; internet and network activity such as referring pages and campaign parameters; professional information such as your brokerage or license status; and inferences drawn from the above about which offers may interest you. We collect these directly from you and automatically through your use of the site, and we disclose them to the service providers described in Section 6 for business purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@agentlift.co with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Use the same email address above and tell us which state you live in.
This site is meant for real estate professionals and prospective investors, and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Our pages link to other sites, including Wefunder and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
We may update this policy as the platform develops or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make a more visible effort to tell you. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy can go to info@agentlift.co. Please put “Privacy” in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly. You can also write to us:
